More closely related to SOS than RasGRP are RasGRF’s; RasGRF-1 and RasGRF-2 make up this family of proteins with multiple domains [reviewed in Ref. ]. Similar to the two other RasGEF family proteins, RasGRF proteins contain a REM-CDC25 catalytic core domain.
