This is a monster mystery cop drama that pulls at the heart strings (thank you Amber Chaney)and provides some scary moments. I don't expect the movie will be Oscar worthy, but it is a great time and a very entertaining film!

Nov 3, 2014 · Reviews. Review: Attack of the Morningside Monster. by Michael DeFellipo Nov 3, 2014, 6:02 pm. Attack of the Morningside Monster takes place in a fictional New Jersey town, and that fact alone, as a New Jersey resident myself, made me excited to see this movie.
Some strong performances and the fact that the movie didn't bore me too much are about all I can say for this movie. Review by Ben Grimm ★★½ A small town is dealing with the chaos of a serial killer brutalizing locals while a teacher and his best friend stress over cancer treatments.
