Morlaix (French pronunciation: ⓘ; Breton: Montroulez Breton pronunciation: [mɔ̃tˈʁuːles]) is a commune in the Finistère department of Brittany in northwestern France. It is a sub-prefecture of the department.
With one foot in the Leon area and the other in Tregor, Morlaix nestles in an estuary enclosed by the foothills of the Monts d’Arrée mountains.
