Jul 5, 2023 · Worst Shoe Shopping Experience Ever. I recently ordered two pairs of shoes from Zealbonn, selecting UK size 10 wide fitting. One pair was impossible to get on my feet, and the other painfully squeezed my toes. What followed was an infuriating back-and-forth with their customer service.

A fab fab product! I recently bought a pair of Cotswold Wotton Bootie Slippers to add to my growing collection (I have both short and tall wellies already from here). They are super high quality, come in fab packing and have been incredibly comfortable.

Absolutely disgraceful company. I would literally give this company a minus if possible! Ordered two pairs of shoes both arrived damaged, one pair was covered in oil marks and creased the second pair arrived with missing stones and diamantés.
