Terrible service. I ordered a pair of boots after much bother selecting a size. When the order finally processed, I was sent a confirmation email. However, after an extremely vague time indication as to when they'd be delivered, I finally received my order and it was the wrong shoes.

Jun 17, 2024 · The shoes are shoddy, poorly made and flat. The picture does not resemble the actual shoes and the wrong colour was sent. The advertising is false in that two weeks after I ordered the shoes on the last day for the reduction in price, it is still in force now.

Apr 30, 2017 · Excellent Service. I ordered shoes for my wife from Marshall Shoes (Bridlington, uk). The shoes were as described on the site. I used the basic second class postage service (via royal mail) and were ordered on a Thursday afternoon.
