Miss Cosmo 2024 was the inaugural edition of the Miss Cosmo pageant, held in Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on 5 October 2024. At the end of the event, Ketut Permata Juliastrid of Indonesia was crowned by the president of the Miss Cosmo Organization, Trần Việt Bảo Hoàng, as the inaugural titleholder.

The current titleholder is Ketut Permata Juliastrid of Indonesia, who was crowned Miss Cosmo 2024 on 5 October 2024, at Saigon Riverside Park, Ho Chi Minh City by the president of the Miss Cosmo Organization, Trần Việt Bảo Hoàng. She is the first Indonesian to win the title and the inaugural winner of Miss Cosmo since its inception. [2]
