Access web mail from My Virgin Media, enter email and password. Check emails by selecting Check Emails or sign in to Virgin Media Web Mail.

Turn on the Holiday notice option, write an out-of-office message and set when it should send. To turn off again return to the same screen and tap the slider left then select Apply changes again.
