  4. Oct 22, 2015 · October 22, 2015. Phosphor Art’s Pastiche artist Jon Rogers has been working hard on several paintings which star in the new Cadbury Milk Tray advert. The advert features 1987’s Milk Tray Man James Coombes explaining the old ads in which the James Bond style character was seen risking his life to deliver a box of milk try to the lady he loves.
