If I remember correctly, Mifune made it a strong point that Hanzo had gotten weaker and actually was stronger when they first met. He said Hanzo was too focused on coups/security/paranoia/Nagato/Yahiko/Konan/etc. and his blade had rusted.

Has to be one of the best in the world if he took out Hanzo. One of the best, extremely accurate, and fast. He can literally cut chakra in half. Best swordsman in the world that doesn't utilize chakra. would honestly like to see mifune vs roronoa zoro. In terms of swordsman, he's in the top 4.
