Dec 20, 2019 · First, the email account hasn't been accessed within 365 days. Therefore, the account will be deleted permanently in the system due to inactivity. Second, possibly the owner of the account is using an alias to log in, and lastly, there's a probability of mistyping the email address when logging in.
