Note. To better protect your organization, we added a PIN-based verification step to our existing phone-based verification process. If you contact us from a number that isn't registered with your organization profile, the Microsoft support representative sends a verification code to the registered email or phone number in your Microsoft 365 admin center profile.

Before arriving at the Authorized Provider (ASP), please back up your data. The data on your Surface may be erased as part of the service process. However, if you prefer, you can erase your data yourself prior to your visit. Please bring your original receipt, invoice, or copy to confirm the warranty status of your device.

May 23, 2023 · SoftBank will sell their Calling Plans, provide user numbers for Japan, and provide the support for phone number management. However, service numbers and licenses for audio conferencing, auto attendants, and call queues will still be sold and managed by Microsoft 365 and Office 365.
