Mickey and the Bear is a 2019 American drama film written and directed by Annabelle Attanasio. It stars James Badge Dale, Calvin Demba, Camila Morrone, Ben Rosenfield and Rebecca Henderson. It had its world premiere at South by Southwest on March 9, 2019. It was released on November 15, 2019, by Utopia.
Nov 13, 2019 · Camila Morrone stars as Mickey Peck, a high school senior whose mother died of cancer years ago from pollutants in her town. She works as an assistant taxidermist, has obvious artistic talent, and wants to get out of her tiny town and start her grownup life.

Duffy first appeared as "The Disney Bear" in 2002 as a marketing gimmick to promote the opening of the Once Upon a Toy store in Walt Disney World's Downtown Disney. This bear already had the Mickey-silhouetted face, plus Mickey marks on his feet and left hip. However, he had no name and a fairly market-centered backstory, in which Mickey's generic teddy bear is magically imprinted with Mickey's face and brought to life by Tinker Bell's pixie dust. Up until the opening of the Cape Cod Village Greeting Place in July 2011 (officially 7/8 but there were several days of "previews"), Duffy's meet 'n greet spots varied throughout Tokyo DisneySea. Duffy made his video game debut in Kinect: Disneyland Adventures as an unlockable meet-and-greet character in Town Square on Main Street, U.S.A..
