  1. Paul began his career coaching with Rochester FC before the Development Academy was founded in 2007 by US Soccer. Since it's inception Paul has been a coach for the u16/17 age group. As a coach, Paul coached many players that would become All-Americans in college, Professional players in USL and MLS, Youth National Team players and even a player who received a cap with our Men's national team.
