TRECS offers two online courses for students to complete their 90 hours to qualify for licensing and be eligible for the licensing exam. We have been locally owned and operated since the mid 1970’s and are accredited by Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
Mar 4, 2024 · Pre-License – June 3, 2024. Two-week Licensing course ($360.00) 60 Credit Hours. Day Class: Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 1 pm. Night Class: Mon – Fri 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm. Course for New Affiliates – June 17, 2023. One-week Licensing course ($180.00) 30 Credit Hours. Day Class: Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 1 pm.
