Memrise is good for what it does, which is a flashcard application. I heard great reviews about anki but the learning curve is steep. I was using the free version earlier and upgraded to paid version last black friday and the user experience is way better.

They have terrible customer service, simply put. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -- they clearly have extremely lax and potentially fraudulent billing processes, not to mention use of customer data And their functionality, e.g. to actually get in contact with them!, is absolutely rock bottom in terms of customer expectations.

They are thieves. I cancelled my subscription a year ago to find a year later they stole money from my account. I now have to freeze my account and report their transaction as fraudulent.
