Good content, flaky software. The content is great but alas, like a lot of technology deployments these days, let down by poor software that obviously hasn't been tested. the French language course freezes, hangs, volume disappears and text for answers doesn't match the question.

They are thieves. I cancelled my subscription a year ago to find a year later they stole money from my account. I now have to freeze my account and report their transaction as fraudulent.
