   Memrise betrays paying members regularly. Memrise has changed their interface several times for the worse, violating the terms of when a person subscribed. For example, they eliminated the Mems (user created graphics to memorize words). This was a basic fundamental feature of their app!

   • They have terrible customer service, simply put. And their functionality, e.g. to actually get in contact with them!, is absolutely rock bottom in terms of customer expectations. Memrise is good for what it does, which is a flashcard application. I heard great reviews about anki but the learning curve is steep.
