Johnnie Parks has more than 40 years of volunteer service to the City of Broken Arrow. Councilor Parks was first elected to the Broken Arrow City Council for Ward 1 and served from 1978 to 1994. He then served on the Broken Arrow Planning Commission from 1995 until 2011.
