Jul 15, 2018 · Base oval weight is 16oz. Second oval is 12oz. Two circular are 8oz each. I can actually wear two more 8oz but I did not wear them for that pic. I don’t have a target weight or length, I just keep adding weights as it feels comfortable and healthy. I started with only one 4oz circular weight and worked my way up.
Sep 16, 2021 · It's a lot of work. Much more than buying a T-shirt, jeans and sneakers which is often the case in men's fashion. There's lots of combining going on. I'll give an example. When you see a photo of a woman in a suit with pumps, you can't just take a men's suit and pumps. It won't look nice. The whole fit is different in the case of a women's suit.
