After having real problems with another online supplier (see my review) I contacted Furniture Collection. They advertised the item I wanted -a Kudos TV stand at £5 less than the other supplier. I got an honest reply-the item could be ordered but would take at least 2 months to arrive from the makers.
10/10 service. We had a very relaxed and professional service from Nick. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the mind blowing world of sofas enjoyable and easy. Great communication from the first visit through to follow up emails to our return when we made our purchase the following week.
Ethan Allen, Arhaus or Sherril Furniture are your best bet for couches lasting 10-15 years minimum. Just purchased an Ethan Allen couch and love it. We ordered our couch with extra firm cushion to ensure there isn't give over time, however these do use some feathers in their cushions. Reply reply. BacardiBlue.
