After having real problems with another online supplier (see my review) I contacted Furniture Collection. They advertised the item I wanted -a Kudos TV stand at £5 less than the other supplier. I got an honest reply-the item could be ordered but would take at least 2 months to arrive from the makers.

Fabulous all round quality and service. This is the 5th item of furniture in the Florence range that I have bought from furniture.com.uk. The quality is excellent and the price very reasonable. What is even more impressive is the fantastic quality of the packaging - the company clearly take great care to safeguard their products in transit.

The price reduced and false promises made to honour new price with discount. Has taken almost 10 days to discover they cannot fulfill their promise in regards to new price. Shocking admin and communication skills would not use furniture village again. Untrustworthy. Date of experience: 12 October 2024.
