   Worst ER service. I would expected better from this hospital, but I would give it a negative star. I spent 9 hrs with my elderly mom and with no updates. I think she would have been better off in the burbs, but due to her Dr. being located in the Chicago location, her follow up turned out to be 9hr wait.
