Wayne Mark Popp was convicted of three counts of aggravated sexual assault. His victim was his girlfriend s eight year old daughter, A.W. Popp was sentenced to 40 years in prison on each count. The trial court stacked the sentences. Popp appeals his conviction as to Count 2 of the indictment.
