Jan 13, 2016 · We've always liked JL for their good customer service, I just wondered if their furniture is up to scratch? It's considerably more expensive but I do feel safe with JL. Or are there any places to go for higher quality sofas that we can view? (Don't want to buy unseen).

Jun 25, 2021 · Quite generic furniture but well made and solid and excellent service throughout. I needed two, basic, solid, items and that’s exactly what I got. Delivered when they said and great delivery team. No complaints, and, if I’m in the market for the kind of goods they sell in future, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.
