Nov 6, 2008 · Mark Levy is an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, Antitrust and Civil Medicaid Fraud Division. He began work there in 2002, shortly after graduation from the University of Texas School of Law. He received his BA from UT-Austin in 1998, with a degree in the Plan II Honors Program and Spanish Literature.
Mark Levy is a litigator and trial attorney who has spent most of his career defending manufacturers of consumer products in heavily regulated industries in civil claims brought by private plaintiffs as well as both civil and criminal charges initiated by federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.
