  2. MGS2 is much better than MGS3. Yes, from a gameplay point of view 3 is better (makes sense after all, it's the next iteration of the saga) but MGS2 is just way beyond in terms of narrative and meta-narrative.

  3. Technically, the HD versions are not the same as Substance and Subsistence, as 2 excludes the skateboarding minigame and 3 excludes Snake vs. Monkey, Secret Theater, and Metal Gear Online.
