  1. I have been playing MGS2 & 3 on RPCS3. From what I heard, the RPCS3 is the better version because you are emulating the HD collection. The controls and UI are better. But I heard PCSX2 is great as well, but I have yet to try it. RPCS3 is more cpu dependent, though.
