First off: Snakebite Mod Manager, to easily install and uninstall mods. Then: Infinite Heaven (Let's you customize a lot of things, such as skipping helicopter rides and the long logo sequence when you start the game). Those two are must-haves IMO!
PS5. If you are willing to use mods, PC all the way. Pc does take a bit of effort to get it to a respectable point but it’s 100% the way to go if you’re willing to install mods and do a bit of research on the issues still present. Pc with mods is absolutely the definitive version at the moment.
