Marc Marie Joseph Raymond du Pontavice (born 10 January 1963) is a French animator and businessman who is the producer of Oggy and the Cockroaches ("Oggy et les Cafards"), [2] The Magician, Space Goofs, Zig & Sharko and others. He was an executive producer from Gaumont, which is based in France.

He then went on to create Gaumont Multimedia in 1995 to develop new business in animation, internet and video games.

History. The origin of Xilam is closely linked to Gaumont 's television production activity, launched in the early 1990s. From 1990, Marc du Pontavice joined the Gaumont group to develop a television production activity and co-founded Gaumont Télévision. [2]
Xilam’s original series Chip ‘n’ Dale: Park Life premieres on Disney+ July 28, with three new episodes getting released weekly. It is executive produced by Xilam Animation founder and CEO Marc du Pontavice and directed by Jean Cayrol, with Vincent Artraud as composer and Hugo Gittard as story editor.
