US. Aug 30, 2023. Marc Fisher doesn’t stand behind their products. Strap broke after worn 2-3 times. This was the first time I wrote a review for anything in the entire life and I’m more than half a century. I bought Marc Fisher shoes about 3 months ago and wore them 2-3 times this summer (2023).

I put them on when I spend a lot of time on my feet. They are very comfortable and provide good support to my feet. I contacted their customer service team to edit my delivery address and they have been responsive and helpful. I can now walk on hard cement floors for several hours without feeling any pain.

One pair was impossible to get on my feet, and the other painfully squeezed my toes. What followed was an infuriating back-and-forth with their customer service.
