Went to get my mail and they came in a plastic bag, generally they come in a box for the shoes. No way Size14 would fit in a plastic bag. The delivery bag was disposed of by mistake and Orthowalkway wants to compensate the too small shoes with a 15% compensation. I was told to gift the plastic shoes to someone else and be happy with a 15% gift.

Sep 9, 2024 · Orthoture is a scam company. Somebody knew how to get seniors to accept their claims to offer superior comfort, support and fit with the "orthopedic" shoes I ordered. I paid a total of nearly $50, and I think the high price was partly responsible for my belief that. this should be a quality and useful product.

I put them on when I spend a lot of time on my feet. They are very comfortable and provide good support to my feet. I contacted their customer service team to edit my delivery address and they have been responsive and helpful. I can now walk on hard cement floors for several hours without feeling any pain.
