Dec 27, 2006 · {¶1} Defendant Winfred Stelzer appeals the decision of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty of one count of grand theft by deception in violation of R.C. 2913.02(A)(2) and (A)(3), a felony of the fourth degree, and one count of failure to appear for trial in violation of R.C. 2937.29, a felony of the fourth degree. We affirm.
