VAVi Flag Football. VAVi offers adult co-ed flag football in multiple locations around the San Deigo area. Skill levels include, “Recreational”, “Varsity” and “Allstar” in 7 v 7 mens, 7 on 7 co-ed social and 8 v 8 co-ed. 1940 Garnet Ave #110, San Diego, CA 92109.
We will compete in both local and national 7v7 and flag tournaments. Some of the potential 2024 tournaments will be the following: Battle, Red Zone Elite, Pylon, Hard Count, and Shook.
