   Oct 18, 2007 · I would not recommend Magnet either. They fitted a kitchen for me in May 2004. Their kitchens have a ten year guarantee but in 2005 cracks developed in the worktop. After many phone calls and letters (and assurances from Magnet) I am still waiting for this fault to be rectified.

   The most horrendous service from the Loughborough store. We initially received good service until the balance was paid in full. Many of the Items delivered were damaged or totally missing. The first worktop was mismatched from old stock of a supplier that went bankrupt 3 years ago.

   Apr 14, 2013 · Our kitchen is a magnet one, installed by previous owners about 10 years ago and looking great even with the hammer we give it. We made some changes a couple of years ago using a mix of B&Q and Howdens and they're not as good. Quote.

   Do Magnet Kitchens sell to other suppliers?

   • On the Magnet kitchen I bought in 2011, there was a peninsular unit, and I had additional doors fitted to the back for show and for optional access. That says that Magnet sell kitchens to other suppliers. That doesn't necessarily mean they are the same quality of kitchen.

   Does Magent have customer service?

   • No concept of customer service from either the store or head office. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a Magent kitchen to read the comments in the Facebook group. This gives a true reflection of what many customers have experienced. Our kitchen was ordered in March. Final missing item delivered 20th September.
