Oct 22, 2015 · I was sent an incompetent fitter who bodged everything, was left without a kitchen sink and cooking facilities for months. Customer service were hopeless although I did eventually get one professional person who was interested in doing her job. Avoid this company. Date of experience: 23 October 2023.
Wrong drawers, insufficient cornice, wrong design on work top, no corner piece, the 2 cookers were different colours, one graphite, one stainless silver. Trying to speak to someone at branch was tricky. Trying to speak to someone who cared was largely impossible. They did re order one of the ovens.

Feb 4, 2012 · The kitchens are all rigid so stonger than flat pack and less time involved in installation. If you buy through Magent Retail you will pay top dollar. You are better off going to a Magnet Trade or Mgnet Express wher prices are far more sensible. PM Me if you would like some pics of the kitchen I have just done.

She could have had a much better kitchen for the money she paid, so on that limited experience of them, I think that they are very overpriced for what they sell. Quote.
