Looking to adopt a dog soon in Oregon and came across this rescue which works through Mexico, CA and OR. I had a couple worries because they have over 350 dogs listed as available on their site and no google or yelp reviews.

- Cleveland Animal Protective League. Just like humans, animals also deserve to have their “happy ever after”. This is what CAPL wants to give to the animals in Northeast Ohio.
