De Los Santos is a tall and muscular man so much that he may be the biggest goalkeeper in the world. He is about 7'3 which is extremely tall that explains his excellent goalkeeping skills. He has dark skin, black hair combed back.
Santos is intimidating in the field as he can strike fear with his goalkeeper skills and huge size. He is also proud of his skills and confident enough to stop any goals.
When he fails to stop a goal once, he would not allow the same mistake to happen again. This shows he is a fast learner and able to solve his mistakes quickly as seen in "Blast from the Past" and "El Matador Finds Himself"
