  3. Mar 7, 2003 · In order to make the penguin shape, do not fill the balloon too full. It will be easier to manipulate the shape with less air in it. Pinch the tip of the balloon to shape a beak.

  4. Mar 7, 2003 · Example shapes. Nos 1 & 2 are made with the "Twist & shape balloon" (about 4"-4 1/2" height). Nos 3 & 4 are made with assorted balloons (6" & up height). As long as the balloon has a tubular shape, you can make a penguin.

  7. Made by Rex Winn. More penguins. Not sure I needed to post more. I know it says six and there are only five, but one baby departed early. I think I have made over 30 penguins, and I try to get a little better with every batch. If I do more, I think I need to bend a head or two!
