The London to Brighton Bike Ride is on Sunday 15 June 2025 - a great way to celebrate Father's Day. You'll set off in waves every half an hour from 6am to 9.30am. We’ll send out your start time in early May, based on the cycling ability given when you registered.
The London to Brighton Bike Ride is beginner friendly. From first-time riders to cycling pros, we encourage everyone to get involved and we'll help you to prepare. With no cut-off times, you can ride at your own pace. We'll also have solo rider meet-ups and ride pacers to help you on the event day.

Our travel service can transport you and your bike from Brighton to London before or after the ride. Morning tickets (4.30am - 6.30am) and afternoon tickets(12pm - 8pm) are £45 each way until 31 March 2025.

Following the success of Sea Change 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 the 63-mile cycle from London to Brighton is set to return for a 6th year. As many as 200 riders from UK media, tech, marketing and advertising businesses will come together with the aim of raising £50,000 for our charities!
We offer a travel service from Brighton to London before the ride has started from 4.30am – 6.30am, and after the ride from 12pm – 8pm. You will travel by coach and your bike will be transported by trailer.
