Little Mickey Grogan is a 1927 American comedy-drama film directed by James Leo Meehan and written by Dwight Cummins, Dorothy Yost and Charles Kerr. The film stars Frankie Darro, Lassie Lou Ahern, Jobyna Ralston, Carroll Nye, Eugene Jackson, William Scott and Vadim Uraneff.
The main plot concerns an architect who, when he begins losing his eyesight, worries that he is on the verge of losing his girl as well. The fact that the heroine is spending time with a burly prizefighter would seem to confirm this.
Street urchin Mickey Grogan is rescued by Susan, a factory worker, who gives him a home. To show his appreciation, Mickey introduces Susan to Jeffrey Shore, an impoverished but attractive young architect, whose career is impaired by his failing eyesight.
