Laura uses magic to pretend she's a normal mom. Satan bros out at a monstrous bachelor party.
Laura gets home and sees a monster who has come to kill Chrissy. Laura kills him before Chrissy comes home. Chrissy is upset because her mom doesn't ask her anything about her life or school. Chrissy asks her friend, Amanda's, mom to come to Back to School night instead of her mom who agrees. Laura is furious that Chrissy asked her instead but she goes to the school anyway.
Laura meets Amanda at the event and she loses it on her. Amanda asks if Laura has considered therapy for Chrissy and Laura, furious, leaves the event- embarrassing Chrissy. Chrissy wants her mom to apologize to Amanda and the others at the event. Laura explains that she's upset because Amanda acted like Laura wasn't a good mom. Chrissy points out that Laura does fall short sometimes. Laura tells her she does so much for her but decides to be a better mom.
Satan is about to receive his co-demons, including Baka, Mabel, and Bogey, to have a party where they kill humans for fun. They end up attacking a family and kill all the members - except a young girl. Satan's friends are confused why he didn't kill her but he lied and said he was going to bury her alive. Instead, he goes out and puts the girl in the trunk of his car and warns Snake with Arms to not say a word about it in front of his friends.
Laura decides to use anger leeches on herself so that she can beat the mothers at “their own game.” Anger leeches suck outrage instead of blood. To test the leeches, she puts one of them on her arm and asks Darlene to tell her a story. As Darlene begins her story, the leech starts to squelch and Laura keeps her cool. The leeches work.
Laura invites the other mothers from Chrissy's school over. Laura seems off but Chrissy doesn't take much notice. Laura goes to a PTA meeting. She continues to remain calm when dealing with the other mothers, with the help of the anger leeches.
Satan and his friends attack a frat house, killing every human they lay their eyes on. But Satan isn’t able to kill even a single human. Instead, he puts a handful of guys into his car trunk. Snake with Arms tries to make him understand that he has a child now, and maybe that’s why he is growing softer.
