Anyone who has access to your stream key information can stream video to your post. Keep in mind that you won't be able to use a stream key again after your live stream ends, unless you have toggled ON persistent stream key option when creating your live stream.

Once you’ve set up your encoder software, you’ll need to connect your stream to Facebook Live. From OBS, click Settings and choose Stream. Choose Facebook Live from the Service dropdown menu. Click Get stream key to open Live Producer in a new window, then click Select on the Go live card.

You can highlight your stream key here, and use the Control + C shortcut on Windows and ⌘ Command + C on Mac to copy it.
If you want to stream on a different website, you will have to change your stream key settings in OBS.

In most cases, you need to find and edit stream settings and configure a Custom Streaming Server or RTMP Server as the type and enter the copied server URL and/or stream key. Review your encoder's help documentation for more information on configuring a custom RTMP stream.

Turn on persistent stream key. With persistent stream key (PSK), you can reuse the same stream key across multiple live broadcasts. To turn on persistent stream key: Click Advanced settings within the streaming software setup module. From the dropdown, toggle on Persistent stream key.
