The Lincolnshire Wolds are a range of low hills in the county of Lincolnshire, England which run roughly parallel with the North Sea coast, from the Humber Estuary in the north-west to the edge of the Lincolnshire Fens in the south-east.
The aim of FACE is to educate children and young people about food and farming in a sustainable countryside. We hope schools will continue to take part in growing and cooking activities and visits to farms for the opportunity to: Find out how food is grown and produced. Explore why food, and how we produce it, matters.

Nettleton Community Primary School is a small school, educating around 80 children, nestled in the idyllic Lincolnshire Wolds. The school was judged to be “Good” overall by OfSTED in its last full inspection with safety being judged as “Outstanding.” The school had a further full inspection in 2022 which confirmed the school was still good.
