The Centre seeks to tell their story and to create an archive to allow learners of all ages to research and understand the subject further. The site at Hibaldstow has several remaining WW2 buildings ‘in situ’ including an airfield command bunker.
The Centre is a living and breathing history experience with the sights and sounds of a wartime airfield and a running Lancaster and Mosquito. The Centre offers the opportunity for an immersive experience as well as a time for quiet contemplation.
