We want you to love your hair! If you are not loving the color service you received, please give us a call and ask for our manager. We will get you set up with an appointment at no additional cost if you contact us within 7 days of the initial service.

Yes, we take walk-ins when Stylist availability allows. We encourage you to book an appointment in advance or by calling the shop.
Absolutely! Just let us know when you check in or let your Stylist know when you sit down in their chair.
We realize that life happens and that you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask that you provide us with as much advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Some appointments do require a deposit, and depending on when you cancel, we’ll need to discuss this together.
We base our haircuts on the length of your hair and not on your gender identification. Is your hair above your earlobes? If so, you should book a short cut. Does your hair fall below your earlobes? If so, you should book a long cut.
K18 is a molecular treatment designed to repair the hair at its deepest level. A Deep Conditioning service is intended to bring moisture to the hair and help to make it more manageable.
