I found out about the show after becoming a fan of Holt McCallany of Mindhunter fame. Lights Out was cancelled after one season, and watching it with that in mind helped the show feel like a mini-series - fortunately all the major plot points are resolved by the last episode! The show is solid stuff. Holt plays Patrick 'Lights' Leary.
