So, I'm about 40 chapters away to finishing manga I wanted to go into the anime, but for some strange reason there ain't one. Then I heard about the live action adaptations, so I'm glad that there is at least something.
SPOILER. Thoughts on Liar Game: Reborn [Spoiler] I, personally, don't like this movie. - Nao wasn't there. - Yu Shinomiya is a new character but her personality is kinda...unlikeable? She betrayed Akiyama and got called hypocrite (well, that's true). And Mikako Tabe's acting is not as good as Erika Toda's. - Yokoya wasn't there, either.
Plot. College graduate Shinomiya is delivered 100 million yen and an invitation to the restarted Liar Game. If she does not participate, she must return the money with an additional monetary penalty. She begs for help from her psychology professor, Akiyama (the last winner of the Liar Game) but he seems unsympathetic.
Nao Kanzaki, a young woman honest to a fault, receives a package containing 100 million yen and is forced to participate in the first round of the elusive "Liar Game", where she must protect the sum she received for a period of one month with the risk of suffering a large debt if she fails.
