Synopsis. She lived in Cairo, Paris and New York, but died in an old age home in Givatayim. She was admired and beautiful, but only few knew her during her life and even less after she had passed away. She was the first to write of Levantine and Mizrachi identities, as no one before her had done.
In 2016, Levantine Films produced Hidden Figures, which grossed $230 million worldwide and was nominated for three Academy Awards, including Best Picture. Most recently, the company produced Blinded By The Light, which premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival and was released by New Line Cinema later that year.
