In 1998, Iha released a moderately successful solo album, Let It Come Down. One music video was produced from this album, for the song "Be Strong Now", which was released as a four-track single.

- “Utopia Parkway” (1999) Three years after landing an alt-rock hit with the Collingwood-penned “Radiation Vibe,” Fountains of Wayne returned with a concept album about dead-end suburban ennui that rivals the best of the Kinks.

Feb 10, 1998 · Let It Come Down is a concept album of sorts about love and heartbreak. The songs themselves are laid-back and largely acoustic-driven, conforming to a "sensitive" singer-songwriter mold that has pretty much nothing to do with the Smashing Pumpkins.
