We started La Pastaria in 1993 in our Summit location. We moved to Red Bank shortly after and have been a staple of the community.

In 1993, we opened La Pastaria Restaurant in the hopes that the customer would appreciate our vision and our passion of what a restaurant should be:
Oct 3, 2024 · La Pastaria offers a beautifully decorated atmosphere, with some room for improvement like playing Italian music. The calamari appetizer portion was small, but the Caesar salad was flavorful. The grilled fish of the day and Bolognese Pappardelle were excellent choices for dinner.
